About Our Staff

Mario Cho, Production Zone Manager

Mario Cho has decades of experience in cultivating vegetables, grains, and livestock and trains technicians in these areas. He oversees field activities for the Honduras ACCESS to Production and Nutrition project.

Thomas Kibwana, Partnerships Technical Coordinator

Provides technical support to Feed the Future Tanzania Mboga na Matunda project partners. Assists partners to develop realistic, clear and achievable work plans; identify and overcome challenges; and identifying partner needs that can be met by the project technical field staff.

Betty Tadesse, Software Project Manager

Responsible for design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of Fintrac's customized applications including suite of HR software. Prior to joining Fintrac in 2007, served as a software developer at Lenovo and IBM.

Kate Granger, Deputy Program Director

Provides support and oversight on the Feed the Future Partnering for Innovation project; expertise in farmer training, strategic management, participatory development, and capacity building. Prior experience in Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Bolivia, Ecuador, and the United States, serving as director of the New Farmer Development Project.
