A marketing and communications strategist, she provides leadership to organizational development; advises staff and clients on best practices to achieve sustainable impact; and advocates for increasing women's participation in the agribusiness sector worldwide.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
A founding Fintrac executive, Tom is responsible for technical, operational, and corporate financial oversight. Tom also designs products, services, and multi-year programs worldwide. He is a primary contributor to Fintrac field methodologies; was the original architect of the agricultural M&E system cited by donors as a model for measuring productivity and income impact; and has been a corporate thought leader on climate change mitigation and adaptation for smallholders.
Executive Vice President Latin America & Caribbean Region
An executive with Fintrac since 1990, Andy has been designing and implementing programs and activities for three decades that have sustainably increased crop productivity and diversification, market and credit access, technology use and access, and farmer incomes. He currently leads a Feed the Future project in Honduras that is transferring smallholder technologies and GAPs while improving family nutrition. Fluent in Spanish, he holds a PhD in postharvest physiology.
Executive Vice President Africa Region
A founding Fintrac executive, Steve has four decades of experience across four continents, and is a leading expert at designing partnerships with commercial companies, public agencies, and donors that improve enabling environments, expand access to technologies, and synergize value-chains. He is currently director of the USAID-KAVES project in Kenya that addresses constraints in maize, dairy and horticulture. He holds a PhD in postharvest physiology.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Eric has over two decades of experience across four continents with development practitioners, donor agencies and commercial agribusiness companies in the areas of financial and tax management, budget oversight, accounting, auditing, operations and legal/regulatory compliance. He is fluent in five languages, and holds a master’s degree in applied economics and an MBA in financial management.
Senior Vice President Corporate Learning
Mary’s breadth of experience in her thirty year career has spanned extension, investment promotion, marketing, business development, project management, and training across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. At Fintrac, she has headed up two departments, designed an online university, and been deputy director on a large project in Cambodia. She holds an MBA, and degrees in agriculture and livestock.
Senior Vice President Field Services
Laura designs and evaluates multi-year agricultural projects, with expertise integrating smallholders, women, youth and nutrition into crop and livestock value chains. She provides strategic and operational oversight worldwide on new business initiatives, internal policies, financial systems, and regulatory compliance. She speaks Swahili, and has extensive sub-award and program management experience in Africa and Asia.
Senior Vice President Corporate Relations
Bob has three decades of global experience in food security and agribusiness development. He is currently director of the Feed the Future Partnering for Innovation program, leading a core team and multiple partners in the commercialization of agricultural technologies for smallholders in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. He speaks fluent French, holds a BS in agriculture and an MBA in finance, and has been a Fintrac executive for fourteen years.
Senior Vice President Business Innovations
Mike is managing broad-based products and services expansion, including launching in-house labs and development teams and supporting more coordination across departments and projects. This after a decade as M&E director, developing agriculture and nutrition strategic frameworks, data management tools, reporting metrics, and leading Fintrac assessment teams and validation initiatives in over one dozen countries. Mike is fluent in Spanish.
