About Our Staff
Javier Giraldo, DCOP/Sr. Agribusiness Advisor
Agribusiness expert and deputy chief of party for the Colombia Producers to Markets Alliance. Three decades of senior management experience at several commercial processing and export companies in Colombia. Previous experience coordinating agribusiness activities for multi-year USAID projects.
Laura Ostenso, Knowledge Exchange Lead
Identifies and develops knowledge management and communication strategies in support of Feed the Future Partnering for Innovation's goals and activities. More than a decade of experience in monitoring and evaluation, project management, public private partnerships, and agricultural value chains.
Anika Smith, Program Specialist
Provides technical and operational support to Fintrac global projects. Prior experience as technical trainer and program specialist for agriculture, environment, and community development projects with the Peace Corps in Jamaica. Holds an MBA in General Management.
Mdachi Bakari, Marketing Manager
Experienced in horticultural marketing. Supports the Tanzania Mboga na Matunda program; worked with Tanzania farmers’ organizations in ensuring access to profitable markets and developing buyer networks. Degree from the University of Dar es Salaam.
