About Our Staff
Likati Thomas, Communications Specialist
Provides assistance with developing technical and promotional materials for the Feed the Future Tanzania Mboga na Matunda project including writing, graphic design, photography, and branding. Prior experience with Tanzania Horticultural Association (TAHA) and East Africa TV. Holds a degree in Mass Communication from the University of Dar es Salaam.
Jennie Rabinowitz, Sr. Program Specialist
Provides operational, logistical, and technical support to USAID projects in Kenya and Ethiopia. Prior experience in finance and technical support for projects in Cambodia, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. Holds BA from University of North Carolina.
Andrew Bracken, Partnership Manager
Provides management, technical, and research support to Feed the Future Partnering for Innovation grant holders. Prior experience supporting USG-funded economic development and education programs, and served as Peace Corps Volunteer in Cabo Verde and Mozambique. Holds a Master's of Public Policy.
Joyce Mutua, Dairy Technical Director
Provides leadership and technical guidance to the USAID Kenya Agricultural Value Chain Enterprises project dairy team, including design/oversight of management programs. Holds an MBA and 16 years of experience in milk processing and dairy regulation.
